About Villa Emina

 Rates: High season £1200 per week for May to Oct inc.
Low season £1000 per week for Nov to April

Villa Emina is a luxurious 3 double bedroom/3 bathroom villa, nestled in the mountains with imposing sea views and surrounded by its own established gardens. For a secluded and peaceful holiday Villa Emina is perfect. The villa is built to a very high specification and furnished with local Cypriot furniture to enhance its Mediterranean charm, and with travertine tiles surrounding the pool.

It has been fitted with full air conditioning.
A country style kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher,
microwave oven, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker – all make it great for entertaining!

The floors are hand laid with local marble and the sunken lounge has its own large marble fireplace, and upper terraces with views of the sea and access to one of the many terraces.
The 11 x 5 metre infinity private pool has the most stunning views of the mountains and sea. To relax and sunbathe, hardwood sun beds are provided as well as a large built in BBQ area.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has beautiful hand-crafted Laura Ashley style fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables in cream. Hand carved cream mirrors and chandelier complement the furniture with a wrought iron king size bed and it has its own en-suite wetroom.
One of the sets of French windows in the bedroom lead onto an enclosed large terrace, as indeed do the doors on the landing too. A perfect setting to relax on one of the three wrought iron sofas with a glass of wine and watch the shooting stars at night.

The two other double bedrooms have hand crafted fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and full length mirrors. The upstairs bedroom has two cream wrought iron single beds with its own en-suite wetroom and the downstairs bedroom has a double wrought iron bed with access to its own bath, shower, and WC across the hallway.

General Information: An information pack is provided in the villa containing information about the villa and surrounding areas and of many of the adventures we have had as a family in Cyprus over the years.
All linen and towels provided. Weekly cleaning service is available.
Short drive to the popular Deniziki, Mare Monte, Camelot, and Escape beaches. Sandy beaches very safe for children and water sports, restaurants at beaches.
A car is essential and car hire can be arranged. The car can be delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival. Kyrenia (Girne) the beautiful historic harbour is only a 15 minute drive. Nicosia / Lefkosa is 40 minutes by car (crossing point to Southern Cyprus).

Getting There: You can fly direct into Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa, only taking 1.15 hrs, via the new Kyrenia bypass, and look out for the 10-pin bowling alley on the bypass.
Various airlines fly to Larnaca, or alternatively you can fly into Ercan airport in the north via mainland Turkey (you stay on the plane whilst it refuels for approx 45 min).

Taxis and car hire can all be arranged by ourselves using the same
people we have used for years.
